Legendary English designer Thelma Madine teamed up with Liverpool hair salon Voodou to create a unique wedding dress entirely out of human hair.
The hair wedding dress was created from 250 meters of hair extensions, tens of thousands of individual hair wefts and different pieces of hair, 1,500 crystals and 12 underskirts. A team of eight people put in around 300 hours of work, over a period of 12 days, to complete the dress. The hair wedding dress weighs just over 75 kilograms and is a size six.

Louise Fairburn, an award-winning sheep breeder, designed a wedding dress made of wool from her favourite rare Lincoln Longwool, Olivia. The dress cost £1,500 and took a spinner and dressmaker 67 hours to make.
