If you go to the Contemporary Art Museum for Austin, you will find a series of rooms and passageways from his 348 West 22nd Street apartment complex and studio where he lived in New York City, in colorful sheer fabric.

Do Ho Suh's exhibition will be at the gallery until 11 January 2015

Korean artist Do-Ho Suh (previously here) created a series of nylon fabric objects-replicas of objects remaining in his new york home called ‘Specimens’.

Polyester Sculptures by Do-Ho Suh

Korean sculptor and installation artist Do-Ho Suh constructed detailed sculptures of appliances from his Manhattan Apartment out of polyester fabric.

He also made a giant installation represents two previous residences he lived in at 1:1 scale, titled 'Home Within Home Within Home Within Home Within Home'.

A smaller structure of a traditional Korean home where he grew up a child, suspended inside a replica of his first residence in the United States, a modern apartment building in Providence, Rhode Island.
