Recycled Tires Public Art Installations

Artists Octavi Serra, Iago Buceta, and Mateu Targa collaborated on a series of public art installations titled "Pneumàtic", as part of this year’s Ús Barcelona street art festival.

The works were made with cut salvaged tires which were hung in various urban locations around Barcelona’s ‘Tomato District'.

Cook dips the cars' tyres in acrylic paint. He then creates the brush strokes by driving them across the canvas. This is known as an Auto Drawing.
