Dutch industrial designer Hella Jongerius crafted these beautiful animal-filled porcelain bowls for a commission by Bavarian porcelain manufacture Nymphenburg.
The series was produced as a celebration of the animal collection found in the archives of Nymphenburg. The blown-up decorative patterns, which partly cover the sculpted animals, were originally used on the company’s cups and saucers.
